What happens at the first appointment?
Every treatment begins with a thorough examination and a personal conversation. You then receive your personal therapy plan and a price proposal.
What does a session cost?
A therapy and prevention check with consultation costs from €50, and a 30-minute session from €150. These are example prices: you receive your personal price proposal after the first examination.
Will my health insurance cover the costs?
The ON-Thera Zentrum is a private practice: you pay for treatment yourself. In some cases, statutory health insurance covers part of the costs, for example as a goodwill gesture – please check this with your health insurer yourself beforehand. Whether your private health insurance or a supplementary policy refunds part of it depends on your plan. You receive the price proposal before the therapy begins.
Can I continue at home?
Yes. With guidance, you can carry on at home. A session of instruction in self-treatment takes about 30 minutes and costs from €50.
Can I come after an operation?
Yes, the therapy can also accompany medical treatment or follow an operation. Please bring any existing findings and medical reports to your first appointment.
When should I see a doctor first?
If you have sudden, very severe pain, paralysis or numbness in your legs or buttocks, or problems with your bladder or bowel, please see a doctor immediately or call the emergency number 112. Our treatment does not replace a medical diagnosis.
